Policies

Booking

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings can be made on our online booking system or by DM on social media.

  • If a customer would like to be booked in by DM, please send Lashenne a message with your desired date and time, first and last name and phone number for booking confirmation.

Cancellation & No-Shows

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing the appointment deposit — equal to half of the service charge.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who miss an appointment without notice will lose their appointment deposit — equal to half of the service charge.

  • Grace Period: Clients are given a 25-minute grace period. Arriving late may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling, which could incur additional charges.

Payment

  • We accept cash and credit or debit cards (tap accepted).

    After the pre-appointment deposit is paid, the remainder of the service charge is due at the end of each appointment.

Hygiene and Safety

  • Sanitation: All tools and equipment are wash and/or sterilized after each use. We adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

  • Health and Safety: Clients must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it could pose a risk to the client’s health.

Service Policy

  • Consultation: A consultation will be conducted before the service to discuss desired outcomes, address any concerns, and determine the appropriate lash extension style.

  • Touch-Ups: Complimentary touch-ups are available within 48 hours of the initial appointment if there are any issues with the applied extensions. In this case, the client must send photos of the set and explain the issue.

  • Reactions: If a reaction or irritation occurs, clients should contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide guidance or arrange a follow-up appointment if needed.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • All services are non-refundable. If there are concerns with the service, they must be addressed within 48 hours of the appointment.

Aftercare

  • Clients will receive an aftercare kit and instructions for maintaining their lash extensions after their appointment.

    Proper care is essential for the longevity and appearance of the extensions.

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: Client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Changes to Policies

  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update these policies as needed. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
